La autoridad o funcionario público que librare certificación falsa con escasa trascendencia en el tráfico jurídico será castigado con la pena de suspensión de seis meses a dos años.
Este precepto no será aplicable a los certificados relativos a la Seguridad Social y a la Hacienda Pública.
