In an increasingly complex and bureaucratised judicial system, criminal defence cannot be limited to the mere management of procedural formalities. At Alonso Sala we conceive legal practice as a precision discipline, where legal knowledge combines with procedural strategy. Our methodology rejects standardised solutions. There are no two identical cases because there are no two identical clients. We approach each defence from a 'tabula rasa', questioning every police report, analysing every piece of prosecution evidence, and reconstructing the factual account from scratch. Procedural truth is a construction that requires legal knowledge, an understanding of testimonial psychology, forensic-science fluency and courtroom experience.

Our Trajectory
Alonso Sala Abogados was founded with a clear vocation: a practice dedicated exclusively to criminal law. With more than 15 years of experience in criminal litigation, we handle complex criminal proceedings, defending both companies in white-collar matters and individuals in critical situations.
From our Madrid office we take on defences nationwide, with counsel travelling to the judicial district where the proceedings are being heard. Client service is provided in both Spanish and English, which allows us to assist international clients facing proceedings before the Spanish courts.
Our working culture is built on technical rigour, meticulous case study, and careful procedural work throughout every stage of the procedure.

What documents to bring
It helps to gather the summons or notification received, the police report or complaint if you have a copy, any court rulings served on you, and relevant communications (messages, emails, contracts). If you do not yet have any documents, that is not an obstacle: we can still advise you and request them through the appropriate procedural channels.

Everything you share with us is protected by professional secrecy, in accordance with the General Statute of the Spanish Legal Profession and the Code of Ethics. Confidentiality applies from the very first conversation, whether or not you ultimately engage the firm.
