La condena de un Tribunal extranjero, impuesta por delito de la misma naturaleza de los comprendidos en este capítulo, será equiparada a las sentencias de los Jueces o Tribunales españoles a los efectos de reincidencia, salvo que el antecedente penal haya sido cancelado o pudiese serlo con arreglo al Derecho español.
