A los efectos de este capítulo se entiende por sociedad toda cooperativa, Caja de Ahorros, mutua, entidad financiera o de crédito, fundación, sociedad mercantil o cualquier otra entidad de análoga naturaleza que para el cumplimiento de sus fines participe de modo permanente en el mercado.
