La ejecución de las sentencias en causas por delito corresponde al Tribunal que haya dictado la que sea firme. La ejecución de las sentencias recaídas en el proceso por aceptación de decreto, cuando el delito sea leve, corresponde al juzgado que la hubiera dictado.
